SONA Imaging Solutions provides on-site cross-training to sonographers in all clinical applications of ultrasound. We come to your facility and cross-train your staff in select ultrasound procedures. Our registered, experienced sonographers are capable of providing hands-on ultrasound training to your staff in Cardiac, Vascular and General ultrasound. This allows your office, hospital or imaging center to provide full-body ultrasound imaging options and flexibility to your patients. Offering a variety of ultrasound exams can also increase your testing volume as well as your ultrasound-based revenue.
Our sonographer cross-training programs are offered either one-on-one or to small sonographer groups. We offer overview sessions as well as multiple session training courses depending on the desired testing procedure(s) to be taught. All of our training programs are taught by ARDMS registered sonographers. Information packet on the examination along with an informational CD will be provided to all sonographer trainees.
Our cross-training programs are available only to practicing sonographers as an enhancement to their skills and knowledge base. They are intended to teach additional examinations to practicing sonographers and are in no way intended to take the place of a formal ultrasound training school. Sonographers taking part in our training sessions should be currently practicing ultrasound and a graduate of an accredited ultrasound program or certification training school.
