Ultrasound exams which you would normally order for your patients and schedule at outside facilites can be done in your office and you can receive reimbursement for these exams. Patients often prefer to have testing done in a familiar setting under the care of a physician they trust. These ultrasounds can be scheduled on a weekly, bi-weekly, or daily basis in your office and you can boost your office revenue by providing this service to your patients.
We will provide your office with the exam preps and protocols for each ultrasound procedure done in your office as well as any applicable billing codes. Your staff will schedule your patients during a pre-determined time frame. We will provide the ultrasound equipment and a qualified sonographer.
Our staff sonographers are proficient in Full-Body ultrasound, including Cardiovascular ultrasound and General ultrasound. We are capable of performing any and all ultrasound examinations, including: Abdominal, Renal, Aorta, Abdominal Doppler, Superficial/Small Parts, Cardiac/Echocardiography, Carotid Duplex, Trans-Cranial Doppler, Venous, Arterial, Pediatric Specialties, Obstetrics, Gynecology and Endocavity ultrasounds (including transvaginal pelvic and transrectal prostate). Exam Interpretation
The exams we perform in your office are interpreted by board certified physicians. We also have special pricing available for physicians who are qualified to interpret their own studies or would prefer to use a reading physician of their choice. Reports are provided to your office within 48-72 business hours. Stat reporting is also available as needed.
All of your patient reports are stored securely on our HIPAA compliant server and are available for viewing and download at no additional charge. All of your patient reports and ultrasound records are stored for seven years and can be accessed upon request at any time.
Exam Archiving
All exams performed in your office are stored digitally on our server at no additional charge. With our digital archiving, your exams are stored for seven years and CD exam copies are available to your office upon request.
